HALF LIFE

HALF LIFE Permanent Landworks are the legacy of NVA's extraordinary art event that took place in Argyll in September 2007. We have launched a website that gives new interpretations on the works and the sites that can still be visited, along with downloadable maps and directions. The four main routes include some of the most powerful existing Neolithic sites and forts in the area along with three NVA interventions, designed by Simon Costin and James Johnson in collaboration with Angus Farquhar. N55- WALKING HOUSE

WALKING HOUSE is a result of a specific project initiated by Wysing Arts Centre, Cambridgeshire. N55 was asked by Wysing Arts Centre to collaborate with a group of travellers in the area around Cambridge, where there has traditionally been a large population of travelers living in a symbiotic relationship with the settlers, making a living as seasonal workers on the farms.

Pedal Power - a commission for Stavanger 2008

I invite you all to follow my adventures in Stavanger, Norway. From 22nd-30th August, 3 pedal generators will be located around the city in various sites including schools, gyms, shopping centres and on the street. At the end of each day the energy stored in batteries will be harvested to power a lighting system for a pedestrian walkway beneath the city road bridge.
